Dr Cláudia Míriam Scheid
Dr Cláudia Míriam Scheid studied Chemical Engineering at
the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro at the undergraduate level. She
obtained her MSc. in Chemical Engeneering in 1992 at the Coordenação
dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia (COPPE)
da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Her DSc. in Chemical Engineering
was awarded by the same institution in 1997. Dr Scheid is a Senior Lecturer
and joined UFRRJ as a lecturer in 1995. She undertakes research on Solid-Fluid
Separation Processes and teaching in unit operations and energy and mass
balances.
